Cokethorpe is an independent day school for 650 girls and boys aged between 4 and 18. Founded in 1957, pupils come from a wide area, mainly using the extensive network of School buses. Teaching takes place in a range of modern buildings around the elegant Queen Anne Mansion House. The School is set in a parkland estate of nearly 150 acres.

| Cokethorpe came together at the end of term to commence their Christmas celebrations. The six Houses met individually in the School Chapel for a service that included Christmas carols, readings and prayers, as led by the School Chaplain Reverend Turner. | |
After an already fantastic season, Cokethorpe's 1st XV Rugby team celebrated yet more success on the 3 December when they played their way to victory in the County Cup final. The final match saw them storm to victory with a decisive 26-7 win over Henley. |
