We are recruiting for an Admissions Officer/Assistant Registrar – Reporting to the Registrar.
The Admissions Officer/Assistant Registrar will join the team at Cokethorpe School, playing a key role in the recruitment efforts for both the Prep and Senior Schools. This on-site position involves supporting the Registrar in engaging prospective families and guiding them confidently through the entire admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment, induction, and beyond. The role offers an opportunity to develop skills in admissions management, strategy, and customer relations while assisting the Registrar in achieving the Admissions aims and objectives outlined in the Marketing and Admissions Plan.
Person Specification
Essential
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• A proactive and organised approach to work.
Desirable
• Experience in an admissions or customer-facing/sales role
• Proficiency in using school management software (e.g., iSAMs, Microsoft Office, CRM).
