Jayne Norris
Current Role: Director, Edgars Planning Consultancy
Jayne was elected as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1989. Her experience spans over 30 years across the spectrum of planning work, in local government and private practice. Jayne started the Planning Consultancy arm of Edgars in 2007, growing the business to an Award-winning consultancy, with a clear vision to be the “Planning Consultancy of Choice”. Edgars mission for its staff and clients is to create “Inspiring Futures and Places”. She is an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Programme, was a Non-Executive Director of OxLEP, chairing the Clean Growth Sub Group and is an external examiner at Oxford Brookes University.
Jayne is also a former Cokethorpe parent.
