On Thursday 23 January, Year 4 embarked on an exciting and enriching adventure to the Oxford Literature Walk, a journey through the heart of one of the world’s most iconic literary cities. Pupils had boundless energy and enthusiasm throughout the day, embracing the experience with curiosity and an open mind.
As they walked through the historic streets of Oxford, they were introduced to a treasure trove of famous writers who had called the city home and discovered the inspirations behind some of the beloved stories we know today.
Not only was the tour educational, but it also ignited the pupils’ own imaginations, sparking conversations about their favourite books and characters and leaving them inspired to get back to School to write their own stories.
