It was a delight for all to welcome back the ever-popular Gig Night. The event provides a wonderful opportunity to share their talents, as all are welcome to participate and perform music of their choosing.
This Gig Night was slightly different, in that it was organised by Lower Sixth student Grace Gunn (Lower Sixth, Gascoigne) and run with the help of a group of Lower Sixth students. However, the quality of the performances and musicianship most definitely had not changed. The evening included performances from pupils across the School and staff, on instruments ranging from bass guitar to jazz clarinet, piano to vocals.
The event was enjoyed by all who attended, and there are hopes to run another evening next year.
