After gaining a First Class degree in History at the University of York, Andrew trained to be a teacher at the London Institute of Education. He first taught History and Politics at Cokethorpe, becoming Deputy Head of Sixth Form before leaving to be Head of History at St Andrew’s International High School in Blantyre, Malawi. Since returning to the UK, he has undertaken a PGDip in Education at the University of Bath and served as Director of Teaching and Learning before taking on the role of Director of Studies at Cokethorpe in 2016. Andrew is married with two children.
