The Cokethorpe Society
The Cokethorpe Society is the association for former pupils, staff and governors, with members more commonly known as Old Cokethorpeans. The Society is a global community consisting of thousands of people who have left Cokethorpe, from the 1950s right through to our most recent Upper Sixth leavers.

Get involved
OC university reps
As our students leave the School to embark on their university journeys, a friendly face always eases that initial transition.
To help them settle into their new home, we are asking OCs to be ‘reps’ at their own university and welcome any fellow OCs joining them on campus.
If you would like to offer to be a Rep, we would love to hear from you, and we will get in touch when a student is moving to your area.
OC industry reps
We hope to encourage professionals in related industries to consider offering apprenticeships, career opportunities, and shared support to fellow OCs. By opening doors for mentorship, job placements, and the exchange of expertise, we can collectively contribute to the growth and success of all our OCs’ careers. Your involvement can make a significant difference in nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals, and in building a strong, supportive OC community.
If you would like to offer any work experience or career opportunities or are new to a role and would like to find some support in the OC network, please contact us.
Come and speak to our pupils
Would you like to come and speak to our pupils? Perhaps you only left Cokethorpe recently and could share your experience of the first year at university? Or have experience in a particular business sector that you think would be of interest? Have you travelled far and wide and have tales to tell?
If you would like to arrange to come and speak to our pupils, please get in contact.
